#tru is the biggest ongoing series of HR Unconferences, globally. We select locations by invite based on the following criteria:

1: A local champion, usually a blogger, who will promote the event and suggest track hosts.

2: A local venue in a host company with good  wi-fi and space for break out groups.

3: Confidence in generating 40+ participants from the local community

4: For out of UK (and we will go anywhere), a sponsor to cover flights and accommodation for 2 from the UK (Budget is fine!)
