I work with one business at a time on a retained basis. Each project is unique, and is geared to achieving lasting results. Social recruiting creates pipeline. I help businesses to understand how to get the most out of the pipeline, and recruiters in social profiling, and converting fans in to candidates. I look at the whole recruitment process and help all stake holders to work out the best way forward.

I have conversations with technology companies to have conversations about developing their technology  for recruiting applications, from talent attraction through to sourcing. #Tru brings me in to contact and in conversation with 100′s of recruiters and other professionals in the people space.
